If you wish to cancel your order before the item is delivered, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No explanation is required for the cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will promptly proceed with cancelling your order, and you can expect your refund to be processed within 7 to 30 days.
Necessary Requirements for Returns at Mirrored Mobel:
To initiate a return, please ensure that the items are returned in their original or appropriate packaging. If the items are not adequately packed, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation pick-up.
A pickup charge of £60 will be applicable, and it will be deducted from the amount you have paid for the goods within 3 to 5 working days.
However, if you are returning the goods due to damage, wrong delivery, or incomplete delivery, there will be no pickup charge.
Please be aware that the refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the order placement. Refunds cannot be issued to a different account.
If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, it is essential to report the issue in writing within 7 days of delivery.
We kindly request you retain the packaging, as we may require images of the boxes in case the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. To arrange a free-of-cost replacement, we will need photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy on the reported item.
For any reason, you have a fourteen (14) working day window to return an item.
Please note that furniture made to order cannot be returned.
On clearance items, we do not offer replacements.
If you decide to return the items because they are not fit for purpose or you change your mind, a collection charge of £60 will be applied.

Return & Refund Policy
If a product is delivered from Mirrored Mobel and is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, and you wish to request a refund with the collection, we kindly request you provide photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty/incorrect item along with the original packaging it was delivered in. Please allow us 10-14 days to arrange the collection.
For a successful return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was supplied, unused, and in its original or appropriate packaging.
After receiving the returned items, we will forward your refund request to our accounts team, and the money will be credited back to the card you used for the payment. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date the item was received at our warehouse.
Please note that if you attempt to assemble the product yourself or hire a third party to assemble it, and in the process, the item gets damaged, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a return or offer a refund for such instances.
